• The client will receive updates / suggestions regarding how to increase sales; however, no sales
guarantee will be taken and client will not hold TRADEMINNDS liable for any spend not resulting in desired sales

• Any previous offer made is annulled and this offer (In this Agreement) shall be valid unless any further change is decided mutually.
It is the client’s responsibility to possess all the documentational formalities for listing of the items –
GST, Brand Packaging, trademark or any other formality as informed and as applicable.
• The client is requested to provide all documentation formalities or any information sought from him on a timely
basis; the company will not provide any extension in plan period due to delay at the end of client. Also, the company will not provide any extension due to delay at marketplace’s end.
• Note that services under the head “included in package” are not binding. Strategy will vary from
account to account and the suitable type of service(s) shall be chosen as per the needs of the account/products.
Client shall not hold TRADEMINNDS financially liable for any service which has not been provided which
TRADEMINNDS at its sole discretion and with prior information to the client believe that such service is not
required/suitable for client’s account/products.
• Legal / Compliance work will be the client’s responsibility. TRADEMINNDS will not be liable for any
legal concerns Fees/ Commercials . As a consideration for taking TRADEMINNDS’s services, the client hereby agrees to pay the following:
• The client pays a consideration of Rs. 4,000 each per portal (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Jiomart,
Meesho) per month. 15% off will be given for quarterly payment for any one marketplace or monthly
payment for at least 3 marketplaces (Fixed Plan Only). 18% Tax Extra. TRADEMINNDS has the right to withhold
services incase payment is not made within 7 days of invoice date for renewal month(s).
• If a client exercises services which are mentioned as “not included in the package” in ANNEXURE -1
(Scope) of Work), the client will be liable to pay for these services in advance or as decided by TRADEMINNDS for
them to be completed and delivered in the below account through NEFT/RTGS/UPI/PAYMENT GATEWAY
or any other electronic or acceptable means.
