however, no sales<br \/>guarantee\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5fcd73c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5fcd73c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u2022 Any previous offer made is annulled and this offer (In this Agreement) shall be valid unless any further change is decided mutually.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00c3255 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00c3255\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>It is the client&#8217;s responsibility to possess all the documentational formalities for listing of the items &#8211;<br \/>GST, Brand Packaging, trademark or any other formality as informed and as applicable.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e2d749 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e2d749\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u2022 The client is requested to provide all documentation formalities or any information sought from him on a timely<\/p><p>basis; the company will not provide any extension in plan period due to delay at the end of client. Also, the company will not provide any extension due to delay at marketplace\u2019s end.\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-682002c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"682002c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u2022 Note that services under the head &#8220;included in package&#8221; are not binding. Strategy will vary from<br \/>account to account and the suitable type of service(s) shall be chosen as per the needs of the account\/products.<br \/>Client shall not hold TRADEMINNDS financially liable for any service which has not been provided which<br \/>TRADEMINNDS\u00a0 at its sole discretion and with prior information to the client believe that such service is not<br \/>required\/suitable for client\u2019s account\/products.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65b45ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"65b45ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u2022 Legal \/ Compliance work will be the client&#8217;s responsibility. TRADEMINNDS will not be liable for any<br \/>legal concerns Fees\/ Commercials . As a consideration for taking TRADEMINNDS\u2019s services, the client hereby agrees to pay the following:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a54cde elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a54cde\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u2022 The client pays a consideration of Rs. 4,000 each per portal (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Jiomart,<br \/>Meesho) per month. 15% off will be given for quarterly payment for any one marketplace or monthly<br \/>payment for at least 3 marketplaces (Fixed Plan Only). 18% Tax Extra.
